This one (1) day Training Module is designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to develop effective checklists for successful F&B operations. This Training Module will be of benefit to individuals working in leadership positions in the F&B industry, as well as the F&B Department of hotel properties.
This Training Module focuses on making sure that critical and necessary tasks are completed consistently at the correct time during Operations. Participants will gain essential knowledge on developing Checklists, best practices and how to modify them to suit the unique requirements of each and every F&B establishment.
This Training Module is ideal for Restaurant Managers and Asst Managers, F&B Supervisors and anyone in a leadership role within the F&B industry. It can also be beneficial for those wishing to take on a leadership role within the industry.
